CANCELLATION POLICY 

We do not allow order cancellation. Once your order is placed, it is immediately processed .

DISPATCH TIME

We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 3 days. The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each piece. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged for another size or a store credit provided below mentioned conditions are met.

• You must raise a return within 7 days of delivery of the product.
• The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
• The packaging should have the original tags in place
• Downtown clothing reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.

 PLEASE NOTE

• Size exchanges are free of cost.
• Returns have a cost of Rs 100/- per request that will be deducted from the amount of store credit.
• If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
• All custom made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
